FinScape Global

Our Services

What We Deliver

FinScape Global delivers across four integrated functions. Together, they constitute the wholesale investment chain that the nature, climate, and land finance sector requires but has not had access to in a single firm.

The fourth function market enabling runs across all three. FinScape Global builds the digital marketplace infrastructure that connects screened project supply with accredited investor demand, and provides the standards advisory that gives both sides of the transaction confidence in the integrity of what they are buying and selling.

Five integrated services

  • 01. Project origination and pipeline development

Across terrestrial forests, coastal and marine systems, and freshwater networks, with IPLC rights and free prior informed consent embedded at the design stage.

  • 02. Finance structuring

Blended finance instruments, biodiversity bonds, blue carbon credit packaging, forest carbon deal design, NbS-linked debt, and green bond architecture for institutional markets.

  • 03. Standards and integrity advisory

IUCN Global Standard, GBF Target 19, TNFD, VCMI, ICVCM, SBTi and SBTN, Article 6 compliance, UNCCD-LDN alignment, and REDD+ methodology support.

  • 04. Fund design, governance and management

End-to-end fund services including governance architecture, MRV framework design, investor reporting, and portfolio oversight for nature, climate and land funds from $50 million to $500 million and above.

  • 05. Digital marketplace and market infrastructure

Cloud-based platform connecting standards-screened project developers with accredited investors, providing deal flow access, monitoring and verification dashboards, and impact transparency at the portfolio level.

Our Investment Universe

FinScape Global operates across three ecosystem domains. Each domain delivers outcomes across all three
dimensions nature, climate and land and each carries financial instruments appropriate to its specific asset
characteristics and investor profile.

Marine and coastal seascapes
Mangroves, seagrasses, tidal marshes, coral reefs and kelp forests. East and West Africa, Pacific Island States, Indian Ocean.
Blue carbon credits from mangrove, saltmarsh and seagrass systems, coastal resilience instruments, ocean carbon
Coastal land stabilisation, shoreline restoration bonds, reef insurance products linked to adjacent land-use change.
Freshwater systems
Rivers, inland wetlands, floodplains, lakes and groundwater recharge zones across Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia.
Watershed climate adaptation finance, water security bonds, flood risk mitigation instruments for insurance capital.
Floodplain and wetland restoration, upstream landuse payment for ecosystem services, freshwater biodiversity credits.

Across all three domains, FinScape Global applies four non-negotiable principles.

  • Indigenous Peoples and Local Community rights and free prior informed consent are embedded at origination,
    not added at due diligence.
  • Blended finance architecture is used to catalyse private capital into transactions that would not otherwise
    attract it.
  • Standards integrity is maintained at the level institutional investors require, not at the minimum threshold, but
at the level that survives scrutiny.
  • And digital MRV infrastructure is built into every transaction so that impact claims are verifiable, not asserted.
